Why schooling is important? Why do we go there to study things that we can for free on Internet? What’s the deal about schools? Most of us have these questions in our heads when we finish our schooling.

We went to school because our parents have made us, Our parents went to school because their parents have made them and now we will make our kids join a school and their kids by them. Why are we stuck in this never-ending circle? Why do we need to go to school first?

We are Programmed to believe in a common pattern “Go to school, Get a Job, Climb the Corporate Ladder, retire at 45, die” but where is enjoyment here? If we follow this conventional plan our life will be a big Mediocrity. Changing your schools doesn’t matter since everyone is teaching the same old concepts.

It can only be changed if the schools change their thinking pattern and update their teaching techniques. If school teach the following topics our life will be much easier and enjoyable.

1. Skill will beat talent every time

Talent is something you are born with, like musical knowledge but skill is something you acquire by practicing something deliberately. Skills are more important than talent and necessary for success in any field.

Many people can sing nicely, most of you can make a better burger, you can win in athletic events in your school but if you didn’t commit time to improve the skills needed to make you an expert you will become a drop in the ocean rather than a Celebrity.

If you are not talented don’t worry most of us are not, but if you can learn something you like and spend your energy on it you can easily beat a guy who is naturally talented. Never forget this!

2. How to Master Money

The reason we go to schools and college is to learn things to get a nice job to earn money so why not educate them about Money and how to make them work for you. But schools don’t do that because they think it is unnecessary to teach about money saying we will learn it when we get a job.

Financial literacy will help not only to earn more money but also to not work hard for it. We nearly spend more than 25 percent of our time earning money that is like working for 25 years in our lifetime! Maybe Time Management should also be included.

3. Sometimes failing is crucial

Most of us are afraid, No! Not afraid we are Terrified of Failures. What’s the reason behind this? Schools obviously! When we fail our tests we are humiliated by schools. Failing is a Sin in schools for them life is a straight road leading to success, but that is not the case life is a big hill, every time we climb it we face many obstacles and opportunities.

The one who welcomes both obstacles and opportunities with open arms are the ones who reap success faster. Always be open for opportunities and when you fail, analyze them and move forward.

4.Creativity is the key factor

What is the one thing computer can’t do? They can’t imagine! Imagination is the power for everything we do. If we can’t imagine something then we can’t see it and we cannot achieve what we cannot see.

Creativity is the №1 in-demand skill of the 21st century, Why? The computer can follow the commands but it can’t create that commands, it can be done only by us so if you think more creatively you can produce many new ideas. Every great invention was first born as an idea in mind, from Aeroplane to Electricity!

Don’t wait for the school system to implement these things so that your children can learn them instead learn them by yourself taking small steps a day, like reading a new book and watching educational videos. “Self-education is the best education”
